The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education is a leader in providing research based Orton-Gillingham instruction for all reading teachers. Our staff development programs are customized for general education, special education, as well as reading specialists. Orton-Gillingham (ortongillingham) is a multi-sensory, kinesthetic, phonics reading program that has classically been used for children with learning disabilities in reading, like dyslexia. The Institute for Multi-Sensory Education believes that all children can benefit from reading instruction in phonemic awareness. Our reading workshops are Title 1 approved.
